SOCIAL CHANGE THROUGH EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

The COVID-19 virus and resulting lockdown have doubtless unnerved most young people, as they are likely to be battling anxiety, depression, stress, emotional distress, insomnia, disorientation, even personality disorders like obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) for quite a while to come.

WE BELIEVE in supporting the youth to face this crisis by talking to them and listening them.
