The new generation workforce view training and development as critical. They value the opportunity to advance in their career and make more money. They also want to make a bigger contribution to the growth & profits of the enterprise so that they don’t fall behind in today's fiercely competitive world. Training also accomplishes personal and organizational goals.
However, access to finance is a key constraint to SME growth. Without access to capital, most of SMEs cut down on Training and Development of their employees though investment in training results in higher productivity apart from being one of the most desired employee benefits.
Our knowledge partner, Maclead Certifications conducted the training programme. During the 6 days, the participants got a unique opportunity of enhancing their effectiveness in areas like Personality Development, Goal Setting & Time Management, Communication, Leadership and Teamwork, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Quality & Safety Management, and other workplace skills.
“Time well-spent!” this is what the participants felt which is evident from their feedback.
In the Closing Ceremony on 22nd June 2019, the Chief Guest Dr. Ms. Alka Kaul, Past Chairperson, CII Delhi distributed certificates to the successful participants in presence of Dr. M. Chandra Sekhar, CEO & Director, McLead and Subash Sapru, Director, CII Delhi State.
