SKILLING RURAL YOUTH OF KHURJA
On 18 July 2026, the Leadership Team of Sheela Foam Ltd. visited the Sleepwell Foundation Skill Development Centre (SDC) at Khurja to gain a first-hand understanding of its CSR initiatives and community impact.
The visit offered an opportunity to experience the Centre’s diverse skill development programmes, interact with trainees and alumni, and witness the infrastructure and training that are helping rural youth build pathways to employment and financial independence.
From Armed Forces training and paramedical education to fashion design, the visit brought to life SDC Khurja’s larger vision of empowering youth, enabling communities and creating sustainable opportunities.
