A workshop on Resume Writing and Interview Skills was conducted for 15 second-year MBA students of United Group of Institutions, Greater Noida, on 20th April 2026. The two-hour session aimed to prepare students for internships and placements by helping them understand real-world expectations. It began with mock interviews conducted by students, followed by an engaging discussion on the true purpose of interviews as an opportunity to present confidence, capability, and a willingness to learn. Key areas covered included interview behaviour, commonly asked questions, and effective self-presentation. The second half focused on resume writing, where students learned how to present their experiences in a structured and impactful manner. The session was highly interactive, with active participation and reflection. It highlighted the need for stronger communication skills, structured guidance, and awareness of industry trends. Overall, the workshop served as a valuable step in building students’ confidence and readiness for their professional journey.
