Sleepwell Foundation conducted a Workshop on Emotional Wellness for the South & South East District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) at the Saket Court Complex, New Delhi, on 31st May 2025. Attended by 48 judicial officers and staff, the session aimed to foster emotional awareness and wellbeing in a high-pressure work environment. The workshop began with a warm welcome from the DLSA, followed by the introduction of the trainer, Ms. Vickie Rai. Through engaging discussions, a short video, and practical insights, the session explored the difference between physical and emotional hurt, the seven core feelings, and common emotional myths. A key highlight was the “4-3-2-1” mindfulness exercise, designed to reduce stress and enhance present-moment awareness. Participants were highly interactive, raising thoughtful questions and sharing personal insights. The session concluded with positive feedback and a vote of thanks, with many expressing interest in similar future sessions.

Sleepwell Foundation conducted Workshops on Emotional Wellness at Saket Court Complex, New Delhi, on 12th March 2025. 37 Judicial Officers and Staff of South & South East DLSA participated in the workshop.

The workshop started with a warm welcome from Ms. Dipti and a felicitation by Mr. Vivek Kumar Agarwal, Secretary of South DLSA. The session focused on enhancing emotional awareness and self-care.

Key activities included thought-provoking questions on emotions, a video on physical vs. emotional pain, and a ‘Feelings’ chart to explore core emotions. Myths about feelings, such as "boys shouldn’t cry," were addressed, followed by discussions on emotional suppression and its effects. Practical self-care strategies, including journaling, breathing exercises, and regular practices like exercise and sleep, were shared to improve emotional well-being.

The session concluded with positive feedback, with many expressing interest in more such workshops.
