The Sleepwell Foundation, in collaboration with Bhartiya Vikas Parishad, West Patel Nagar, organized an Emotional Wellness Workshop for Class 11 students of PG DAV School, New Delhi. Conducted in two engaging batches, the workshop saw participation from 131 students.

The workshop began with an interactive ice-breaking activity that encouraged students to share and connect. Through videos, real-life examples, and group discussions, the trainer emphasized the importance of understanding and managing emotions constructively. A creative demonstration using a water bottle helped students visualize emotional control during stress. The session ended with practical tips for emotional well-being. Students actively participated and shared personal challenges, which were addressed empathetically. The workshop fostered a warm, open environment, receiving positive feedback from students and appreciation from the school’s principal and Bhartiya Vikas Parishad.

Sleepwell Foundation conducted a series of 4 workshop sessions on Emotional Wellness and Emotional First-Aid with students from PG DAV Public School, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, on April 5th and 19th, 2024. The workshops were attended by 300 students from classes 9 to 12.

The sessions began with a welcome address from the principal, introducing the foundation's mission and marking a pioneering initiative for the school. An ice-breaking activity initiated a discussion on daily routines, followed by exploration of emotions and on Navras, using examples from daily life.

Students participated in paired activities to express emotions and discuss coping mechanisms, emphasizing the importance of emotional well-being and healthy outlets. The workshops concluded with age-appropriate first-aid tips for emotional well-being.

Feedback from the principal and senior management was positive, with plans for similar workshops across DAV branches to support students' holistic development. These sessions provided valuable insights and skills crucial for academic and personal growth, highlighting the importance of emotional wellness for youth.
