Sleepwell Foundation conducted engaging and insightful workshops on Relationships for the trainees of ITI Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, on 16th & 23rd June 2025, held in two batches per day. A total of 204 students from various streams participated across both days.

The objective was to help students understand the foundations of healthy relationships, recognize red flags, set personal boundaries, handle breakups, and resolve conflicts constructively. Interactive activities like icebreakers and group discussions helped students open up and relate to the subject.

The sessions covered essential topics such as trust, respect, empathy, and honest communication. Common myths were addressed, and the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics was clearly outlined. Practical life skills—like setting boundaries, managing emotions during breakups, and resolving conflicts peacefully—were emphasized.

Students found the workshop highly relevant and appreciated the safe space it created, especially for boys to express their emotions openly. The sessions left a lasting impact on their understanding of respectful, balanced relationships in all areas of life.

Sleepwell Foundation organized Emotional Wellness workshops for trainees of ITI Malviya Nagar on 30 May and 9 June 2025, Conducted in two batches per day, the sessions saw active participation from over 225 trainees and focused on helping students understand and express emotions in healthy ways.

The workshops began with self-reflective activities, followed by a short film highlighting the difference in how we treat physical versus emotional pain. Facilitators sensitively addressed the misuse of terms like “depression” and “mental health,” encouraging students to use them mindfully.

Real-life examples and social media content, especially reels and shorts, were used to show how digital influence can shape emotional responses. Students openly shared personal emotional experiences, creating a supportive and safe space.

The sessions concluded with box breathing techniques and a discussion on healthy vs. unhealthy coping strategies. The workshops left a lasting impact, with heartfelt reflections and positive feedback from the trainees.
