Session - Stress and Anger Management Workshop
Trainer - Ms. Vickie Rai
Members - 129

Sleepwell Foundation successfully organized two online workshops on Stress and Anger Management on 6th and 7th February 2026 for the staff of the District Legal Services Authority (South and South East DLSA), held virtually for participants from the Saket Court Complex, New Delhi. A total of 129 staff members attended the sessions.

The trainer began with an interactive discussion, inviting participants to share recent stressful experiences. Using an “inside–outside” slide, she explained how people often suppress stress instead of expressing it. Stress was defined thoughtfully, emphasizing that a moderate amount—eustress—is essential for survival and growth. The concept of Flow Theory was discussed, highlighting how balanced skills and challenges lead to peak performance, while imbalance causes boredom or anxiety.

The session also covered the impact of chronic stress on the body, its symptoms, and when it becomes harmful. Real-life examples, discussions on domestic stress and workplace politics, and practical self-care tips made the workshop engaging, relatable, and highly appreciated by all.
