The Sleepwell Foundation conducted an Examination Stress Management Workshop for 90 Students of Class 10 at Jagran Public School on 15th December 2025 in the school conference room. The session began with a warm welcome by Ms. Padmaja, Senior Teacher, followed by an engaging icebreaker where students shared their immediate thoughts about “Exams,” revealing a mix of anxiety and determination.

A short video introduced the topic, leading to an interactive discussion on understanding stress, its symptoms, and its impact on thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. The facilitator explained the difference between eustress and distress, highlighting how positive stress can enhance performance. Practical coping tools such as the Traffic Light Model, time management strategies, healthy lifestyle habits, and effective revision techniques were shared.

Students actively discussed real-life exam pressures, including family and peer expectations. The workshop was well appreciated by the Principal and faculty, who expressed interest in future sessions.
