Creating awareness around emotional safety and respectful behaviour among children, Sleepwell Foundation organised two interactive workshops on the topic “Stop Bullying” at St. Teresa School, Sector-3, Noida, on 12th May 2026. Around 52 students from Classes 4 to 8 participated in the sessions, which were conducted in two batches. Through relatable stories, discussions, activities, and the awareness video “Aaj Se Bully Band,” students explored different forms of bullying, including verbal, physical, social, and cyberbullying. The workshops encouraged open conversations, with students sharing personal experiences related to peer pressure, appearance, academic stress, and social exclusion. Facilitators also helped students understand the emotional impact of bullying, healthy ways to respond, and the importance of empathy and peer support. A key discussion also clarified the difference between bullying and disciplinary guidance from teachers. The sessions created a safe and engaging environment that promoted emotional expression, confidence, kindness, and respectful peer relationships.
